Instructions
Place nuts and cranberries in Thermomix Bowl and chop using the Turbo function - two short one second blasts should chop them nice and small. Scrape into a little bowl and set aside.
Add Tim Tams into Thermomix Bowl and crush 7 secs/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add soft cream cheese, Baileys, nuts, cranberries and salt and mix 5 secs/speed 4.
Shape 1 tbsp of the mix (approx. 20g) into small balls. Place balls in freezer to chill.
Clean Thermomix bowl, dry thoroughly.
Add white chocolate to Thermomix Bowl and grate 10 secs/speed 9. Then melt 4 mins/50℃/speed 2.
Coat cold balls in the white chocolate. Return to freezer.
Clean Thermomix Bowl.
Add milk chocolate and grate 5 secs/speed 9. Melt 2 mins/50℃/speed 2. Use to drizzle onto the chilled white chocolate Tim Tam Balls.
Keep balls in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
