This is a wonderful tomato base for your pizzas and will make them taste amazing! This sauce is quick and easy to make, freezes well, and has zero mystery ingredients!
Place onion and garlic into Thermomix bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 5. Add olive oil and cook 4 mins/100°/speed 1/measuring cup off/simmering basket sitting on lid.
Add remaining ingredients and cook 12 mins/120°/speed 2/measuring cup off/simmering basket sitting on lid.
Taste and adjust seasoning; more salt, sugar, pepper, tomato paste?
Continue to cook 6 mins/120°/speed 2/measuring cup off/simmering basket sitting on lid.
Remove simmering basket, position measuring cup. Blend 15 secs/speed 7 or use the blend mode on the TM6 for 15 secs.
Cool and store.

Keeps for 5 days in fridge
Use 1/2 cup per 12" pizza.
Freeze in 1/2 cup portions for quick and easy defrosting.
