Add coconut oil, honey and maple syrup to bowl. Cook 2 mins/90°/speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients (except salt) and mix 30 secs/reverse/speed 3.
Tip onto lined tray and spread out in a 'cosy' even layer. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Bake for ten minutes and then gently mix and turn mixture; patting it down in a 'cosy' layer.
Bake for a further 15 mins until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cook completely before breaking up.
